For more than 20 years, Stephani has built SB Properties around one simple belief: take care of your people.
As a licensed real estate broker and experienced property manager, Stephani has spent over two decades working across all sides of real estate. From managing rental properties and building lasting relationships with tenants and property owners, to helping clients buy and sell property, she brings a depth of hands-on experience that comes from years of being in the business and in the community.
Her experience also extends into agricultural real estate, giving her a unique understanding of the land, properties, and agricultural businesses that are such an important part of the community she calls home.
Over the years, Stephani has helped people navigate a wide range of real estate situations. Whether they’re purchasing an investment property, managing a rental, selling a home, completing a 1031 Exchange, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, she approaches each situation with practical knowledge, personal attention, and a genuine desire to help.
For Stephani, real estate has never been just about the property. It’s about the people behind it. It’s about building relationships, being dependable, and giving clients the confidence that someone is looking out for them.

Emma Brandstad

Emma grew up with real estate, property management, and agriculture as part of everyday life, watching her mom build SB Properties from the ground up. Today, she is bringing her own experience and expertise into the family business and helping carry it into its next chapter.
With a degree in Agricultural Business, a California real estate license, and a background in commercial banking and financial analysis, Emma brings a strong financial and analytical perspective to real estate. She has a natural eye for the numbers and enjoys helping make the financial side of property ownership easier to understand and manage.
At SB Properties, Emma handles much of the behind-the-scenes financial work, including bookkeeping, financial tracking, owner reporting, and budgeting. She also brings her real estate and financial experience to working with property owners and clients.
Working alongside her mom has given Emma the opportunity to learn from more than 20 years of hands-on experience in property management and real estate. Together, they bring two generations of experience, different areas of expertise, and a shared commitment to taking care of their clients and their properties.
